No phone. No way to change the destination.
I asked the safety driver. "I can't do anything. Call support."
The backseat has a touchscreen. I pressed the support button. "How did you get in the car?" I explained. They called a supervisor. "Sorry, we can't do anything."
A taxi driver would have turned around.
